About parents: most insurers won’t put parents over 55 on a young adult’s floater - they’re usually a separate senior-citizen policy, set on their own ages. We’ve sized for the whole household here; the options screen shows what that costs.

What’s the difference?
A full policy is a complete health cover. It pays hospital bills from the first rupee up to its limit, and it works on its own - with or without anything your employer gives you.
A top-up waits. You set the amount it waits for - what your employer already covers, what you could cover yourself, or both - and it pays the part above that, up to its limit. It adds up all your hospital bills in a year before it starts, not one bill at a time.
The industry calls this a super top-up. There is also a plain “top-up” that counts each bill on its own - a ₹6L bill against a ₹5L wait gets ₹1L; a ₹4L bill gets nothing. Only the kind that adds up the year is listed here.
